The InnoLab of the Daimler AG for Organizational Development in Bremen is conducting research with RWTH Aachen (Chair of Management Accounting and Chair of Information Management in Mechanical Engineering) on megatrends and their impact on the future of organizations. It uses this know-how to design innovative tools and products for organizational development. Its vision is to empower executives, teams and companies for the future through systemic, academically-based consulting as well as strategic support.
The InnoLab consists of a diverse, international team with a special focus on interdisciplinary exchange. The focus of research is on the interaction of people, organization and technology with the so-called megatrends. Rapid technological development triggers massive disruptions with a significant impact on the future of work. However, these alone will not be the key to success, but people and organization.
The research approach of re-designing, re-modeling and transformation of business models and organizational systems combines trend scouting, product innovation and systemic organization development.
